My goal is to be a trusted advisor, enthusiast, advocate, and provider of personal growth using disciplines of personal development and health and wellness.I grew up in Littleton, Colorado Just South of Denver; with my mom, dad and two older brothers. Each of us are three years apart in age. All three of us were athletes growing up, playing mostly soccer, basketball and running track. .While in high school I was very active in not just sports but in dance and music. As a vocal performer, I sang in all the various musical groups as well as performing the National Anthem before sporting events that I was blessed to be able to participate in.
