Duties include:Origination and execution of new and existing transactions and client relationships.Financial modelling: in depth analysis of financial models.Ongoing management of operational projects as primary client contact.Ongoing business development of both existing and new client base in addition to a network of professional advisors (legal, financial, technical etc).Writing and presenting credit applications for new and existing transactions to the Bank's credit committee.Taking new transactions and restructures to Financial Close including associated interest and inflation derivatives.End-to-end due diligence (credit, legal, technical, model, insurance) liaising directly with clients and professional advisors. Responsible for high-level portfolio Management Information and business SME in development of new internal credit risk grading models.Secondment Duties - Strategic Securitisations:Analysing suitability of the Bank's assets for securitisation ( CMBS, REPO, CLO) and producing summary reports for presentation to Divisional Steering Committees.Advising on any potential data system constraints with regard to asset classes identified.Conducting qualitative assessment of legal documentation and lending practices to identify any barriers to pursuing a given CLO solution.Advising departmental management on implications of strategic decisions vis-à-vis credit risk & acting as key liaison between Risk & Corporate functions.
