Senior Portfolio Manager of BGO Diversified US Property Fund LP (including affiliated MEPT Fund), the firm's US core, open-end, private equity real estate fund. BGO Diversified is a member of the NCREIF Fund Index – Open End Diversified Core Equity (NFI-ODCE). The fund had a gross asset value of $11.2 billion as of December 31, 2021 and was invested in 25 major markets and diversified by property type (i.e., office, industrial, multi-family, retail).Headed Washington, DC office and served on BGO's US Investment and Management Committees. Responsibilities included executive-level oversight of all fund operations including investment strategy, performance management, strategic and operating planning, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, investor relations, and marketing. Bentall Kennedy (US) LP and GreenOak Real Estate merged in July 2019 to form BentallGreenOak. Prior to the merger, held the position of Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management of Bentall Kennedy.
