Service,validation and calibration

David was employed on a contract basis to work on the New Doha International Airport (NDIA) where his skills and experience in both working on and closing out large construction developments were required. His main objectives while working under the instruction of the Mechanical Project Manager were to help drive the final delivery of the Mechanical Services installation and Commissioning Management for which he was responsible for the following; Ensuring that all Mechanical services were constructed in accordance with the clients design, specification and budget . This included but was not limited to; coordinating with client representatives, architects representatives, specialist subcontractors and interfacing parties.Role and Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate and/or supervise all site activities, dedicated site staff and direct labour on assigned project,Authorise/approve and track all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions, change requests, etc,Ensure all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc. were adhered to at all times,Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as were required,

David was employed as a Site Engineer to manage and coordinate a team of technicians and all site activities. David was responsible for the full installation, commissioning and final handover of all Air Conditioning & Refrigeration services. Role & Responsibilities;Proactively detect and evaluate project issues and risks,Communicate project information including requirements, approach, progress & forecasts and then issue to all relevant stakeholders, such as Project Management, the client, staff and sub-contractors,Manage project teams including sub-contractors, internal and external agency labour and Quantity surveyors and coordinate with engineering staff,Offer guidance to project staff on best practices and standards that are to be utilised,Preparation & submission of monthly progress report to Project Management,Ensure Project deliverables are of a high quality and meet the expectations of the stakeholders.

David was employed as a Senior Site Engineer responsible for the management and coordination of a team of on-site technicians and the full installation, testing & commissioning and final handover of all Mechanical Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services.Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare project engineering schedules and forecasts, Coordinate and check all engineering deliverables, Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects, Accountable for the successful completion of engineering projects, Ensure extensive regular contact with assigned project Clients, Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals, Budget monitoring and trend tracking, Participating in Client/contractor meetings and resolving Client/engineering and management project issues, Ensure effective engineering and Client communications.
