What is The K.E.Y? Our intent is to bring our Transitioning Service Members, Veterans, Wounded Warriors and Military Spouses together, in hopes that we can assist and elevate our community. The K.E.Y is purely a volunteer endeavor - we DO NOT charge any of the participants who join us. We host monthly networking events, host workshops, presentations & panels for multiple entities that support our Military Community. We aim to raise awareness & connect our community to one another globally.

Directed leadership and employment of Information Technology equipment and personnel for a 300+ military organization geographically separated across Texas, Florida, Central and South America, while supervising a primary staff of 12 personnel providing budget management, human resources actions, operational support, logistical requirements, and legal support to military members and their families. Collaborated with other senior leadership members, provided C-Suite level briefings, and guidance to staff members in developing and implementing the project of creating intensive short, medium, and long-term training plans to support an overall 2-year strategic plan.

11Th Signal Brigade, Fort Huachuca, Arizona

Safely provided leadership and management of 5 Regional Network Control Centers throughout Afghanistan while maintaining a 98% communications reliability rate and managed a joint team of Army, Air Force, Marine and contractor team of 240+ personnel assigned to the Joint Network Operations Center – Afghanistan. Facilitated military school and course attendance through the development of a standardized order of merit and acceptance list – increased the total number of personnel with a certified career qualification to 98%.

Safely provided leadership during deployment to Iraq to two companies of IT/Telecommunications Soldiers geographically dispersed across the theater of operations. Ensured leadership presence by creating a battlefield circulation routine throughout each location across the region. Revamped personnel retention techniques and improved a working environment resulting in exceeding the established role and exceeding the required retention goal by over 100% annually.
