As the Information Security Manager, I manage security training and network access for over 80 users. In addition to this, I assess security measures including firewalls, anti-virus software, and passwords, identifying any weak points and resolving any risks. I am responsible for network certification and accreditation for over 25 servers. I also supervise cross-departmental personnel and any department related projects as Project Manager. Some of my achievements include Implementing a patch management strategy to decrease system downtime by 50% and authorized a formal change management process resulting in a 25% reduction of system errors. I also enforced Standard Operating Procedures and common documentation, reducing project time by 20%.
