Managing Member

Property Management Software Experience: Experience using computer software to collect rent, receive maintenance requests from tenants, and keep financial statements and records up to date. Bookkeeping and Real Estate Accounting Experience: Keep financial records of capital improvements vs. expenses, book transactions, create monthly financial statement reports (PNL, Balance Sheet, Cap Rate)Management Experience: Daily interactions supervising on-site cleaning employees and contractors to maintain the highest standards of work during maintenance and capital improvements to the property. Created showing and inspection systems/checklists for on-site manager to be used during unit showings, tenant move-in, and tenant move-out. Manage payroll and compensation for on-site manager and contractors. Negotiate rates for contractor work.Marketing Experience: Market units to the public market and housing assistance agencies (HUD, local non-profit housing assistance organizations). Create reports for housing assistance agencies. Communicate with local HUD office to ensure HUD standards are met in units.

Assist, lead, and mentor a group of student leaders to unlock each team member’s full potential as the team developed visions to lead their communities in becoming welcoming, encouraging, and rooted in Christ. Other responsibilities include one-on-ones with mentees, leading meetings, hiring future leaders, and working with dorm coordinators.
