Currently using my clinical expertise as a Cath Lab Manager, overseeing a suite of 5 cardiac cath labs with a focus on patient-centred care and operational efficiency.Armed with an MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice, I am a Nurse Loop recorder implanter and adept at integrating evidence-based practice into daily activity, ensuring the highest standards of care delivery. Innovation is a core skill and evident through my track record of championing initiatives such as a Cath Lab Practitioner course which I have developed jointly with the UEA.I am expanding my horizons by pursuing an MBA, equipping myself with the business acumen to drive strategic initiatives and positively impact healthcare outcomes.
