I have worked in the Banking and Finance Industry for over 30 years holding a diverse range of roles across Sales & Service, Operations, Credit, Project delivery and Customer Development. In my current role I have responsibility for large and complex credit analysis for rural and Agribusiness. Prior to this I was responsible for the operationalisation and implementation of initiatives impacting retail loan origination and servicing, identification and delivery of operational efficiencies and management of 3 support teams including a team of Credit coaches and a Contact Centre. In my role previous to this I spent 5 years as a Business Design Manager responsible for project planning, design, development and implementation of replacement core banking systems.  In the 2 years before this I held product management positions in Customer Development with responsibility for the design and execution of the distribution, processes, pricing and profitability of the Commercial Banking, Small Business and Equipment Finance products. Prior to this I was the Qld Lending Manager for Equipment Finance, responsible for a large team of sales, lending, documentation and settlements staff, setting and achieving state budgets, credit assessment and approval and establishing and maintaining relationships with Financial Intermediaries. Before joining Suncorp I held various lending, credit, operational and sales roles at ANZ over a period of 15 years.Specialties: Managing and leading diverse teams of people.
