CurrentProvided high level technical support to Hospitals in California and Florida via phone and email for Opus Clinical Application. Answered questions for clients regarding the application including patient registration process and transmitting Lab test results. Provided maintenance updates/changes to user/provider access in UNIX database Windows Server 2008 RDP, recycle client interfaces. I reviewed the HL7 Lab interface audit provided implementation/support for lab test results. Work with clients by phone and email resolve application issues. Also use WebEx when necessary. Used UNIX database to code and create new Lab test for the hospital by using a test and live region, receive approval from clients and local manager to make necessary changes to database. Help clients with VPN. Worked on creating knowledge base for better training session for new employees.
