I am currently employed on a short-term contract to manage the relationships between 10 European countries and the Honda Power Equipment division. My focus is to manage supply, develop sales plans and improve communication between the OEM and the distributors. I am working on 2022 budgets with each distributor with a focus on improving sales, market development and customer service.

I was initially hired to map the sales process at 1PGR and to devise sales strategies in new and underperforming market segments. I focused on adding value to our client’s requirements, saving time and resources in their hunt for graduate and experienced sales professionals. Targeting different segments, both in the UK and international, I have grown the legal technical business by 157% over 18 months, increasing sales to £250K and the graduate sales segment by 27%. I manage 16 new accounts, ensuring their recruitment needs are surpassed.

I managed the relationship between the OEM and the rental management teams within the 7 countries in my portfolio. I consult with each team to drive rental revenue, profitable growth, operational excellence, new customer acquisition and certification development. I advise and formulate go to market strategies to develop rental opportunities and unlock potential growth in different target machine segments. I audit my dealers to ensure service levels are maintained and devise and deliver training plans on rental sales and service across Europe. All my dealers have grown their revenues, profits and capabilities in the last three years.

Manage my team of operation and sales managers within my region through progressive and dynamic leadership. To drive sales growth, market share, profitability and managing corporate compliance within the agreed budget. Surpassing customer expectations and building upon new and existing relationships to target new sales opportunities, whilst reducing costs and achieving all business KPI’s. My role was to provide clear, inspirational leadership which supports the ethics and values of the business and maintain high personal visibility in your region. Lead, manage and motivate your whole team, recruit, train and develop your management team according to Company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are followed. I also had to meet the business target on sales performance, profitability, stock availability & utilisation, stock loss, debt, payroll, costs, customer satisfaction, branch standards, maintenance, safety and security. I was fully responsible for the profit and loss within the region and produced annually budgets according to the business plans for each year. I regularly met customers to ensure the region and company maintained our valuable relationships and develop new opportunities to further grow the business.

I was responsible for two trading floors of designer goods in the flagship store in London. I led a team of 70 to ensure that the store was merchandised and marketed to increase every sales opportunity and to surpass customer expectations. As this store was a new opening, I trained and developed my team to ensure all standard operating procedures were followed and enhanced them to ensure we surpassed all company KPI's.

I managed 5 departments across the store, delivering weekly sales targets. As part of the new store opening team, I recruited and developed the team to ensure we achieved the weekly sales targets and monthly KPI's.

I managed several branches for HSS Hire. I led various teams to drive sales growth, health and safety compliance, KPI performance and operational excellence. Developed the sales at Tower Bridge branch to number 3 in the UK.
