The main duties within this role are: Responsible for solely looking after circa 80 stores in the southern region of England Standalone role with telephone contact with my line manager on a weekly basis Maintaining excel spreadsheet for audit tracking purposes Inputting data weekly on company TRAPS System Liaising with office staff by email regarding issues and concerns with stores Dealing with queries from customers over the telephone  Responsible for ordering and safe keeping of stock to carry out day to day duties Managing my own time and workload (Callouts in addition to audits) Liaising with store personnel Carrying out basic repairs to equipment. Maintaining strong knowledge on Food Safety Preparing, plan and deliver chemical training to staff in new stores

 To visit each resident prior to work commencing to introduce Apollo and communicate the scope of work. Give residents contact numbers and a pack detailing the role of the Resident Liaison Officer and how I can be of assistance.  To assist with site set up on new projects. E.g. new kitchens & bathrooms being fitted To carry out a property condition survey and appliance survey with photographs where necessary with the tenant before works start in the property To create and maintain plot files To arrange appointments for surveys and works To ensure all Resident Liaison Officer procedures and paperwork is administered in line with Apollo policies and procedures To work with the Community Investment Officer to deliver new initiatives to the residents To arrange satisfaction surveys for all residents, collate responses and work with project staff to use feedback to improve our service To seek continuous improvement in Resident Liaison procedures Any other ad-hoc requests. E.g. I have occasionally worked from the Nottingham office to help out during staff shortages.
