As the finance manager/sales coordinator at Coastline Equipment, I oversee a vast territory that includes a team of ten sales representatives and four dealerships. My role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities to ensure efficient sales and financial operations across this expansive area. This includes facilitating sales that require financial solutions, performing value calculations and amortization schedules, and staying updated on John Deere Financial's marketing programs and incentive bulletins for equipment sales within this territory.I also manage sales invoicing, rent-to-purchase contracts, UCC filings, and sale conversions while providing detailed quote options to help customers understand payment schedules and financing terms. Additionally, I handle the structuring and submission of loan and lease applications, working closely with credit analysts for approvals and managing Power Plan revolving credit accounts to enhance purchasing capabilities for our customers.In addition to these responsibilities, I play a key role in presenting available financing options to customers, building strong relationships with outside lenders to offer customized financing solutions, and overseeing accounting tasks such as inventory receipts, GL account balancing, and margin analysis. Furthermore, I supervise installment and lease quotes, as well as manage warranty claims and purchases, contributing significantly to the success and customer satisfaction of our dealership network at Coastline Equipment.
