I am a Director at WMM Law, specialising in commercial and property law. I concentrate on complex transactions and I enjoy the challenging work in this area.I have a keen interest in commercial legal work including business sales and purchases, agricultural law, wind and solar farm developments, leasing, loan arrangements, complex property matters, tax and trusts.My interest in commercial and property law arose from growing up within a small business environment. My grandparents and parents have operated their own business for over fifty years. Because of this background, I have a good understanding, not only of the importance of the legal considerations in commercial transactions, but also the important practical day to day considerations of running a business.
