I'm an associate scientist working with Marika Holland in the Climate and Global Dynamics Division of the National Center for Atmospheric Research. I serve as the CESM Polar Climate Working Group and sea ice model liaison. I'm interested in climate system modelling and the interactions between sea ice, the atmosphere, and ocean. Currently I am involved in the development of the next version of the CESM as a part of the CMIP process.https://www2.cgd.ucar.edu/staff/dbailey/
