Worked as part of a Regional 5 man SHE Team reporting to one Lead SHE Advisor. The region covered Cambridge,Norwhich, SW London,Kent and on down to Brighton.The role included but was not limited to:-PQQ Assessments for sub contractors to join the Morgan Sindall supply chain.Site visits to inspect and monitor H&S compliance.DSE assessments of all offices.Preparing monthly SHE reports for inclusion with the board report for the Lead SHE.Holding SHE Forums.Leading and Lagging tables.New start inductions.Fire Safety presentations.Input of data; accident stats and learning events on the company data system.

Managed a 12 man team of Safety Advisors for a 12 month contract. The company was Saudi Oger and was maily FM but some small construction tasks were undertaken. Saudi Aramco was the Principal Contractor that I reported directly to.The role involved a lot of confined space work as a major part of the contract dealt with water treatment (sewage).
