This role is pivotal to the business in the current compliance driven regulatory environment. I have spearheaded a project plan to ensure the business is competent and prepared for full Financial Conduct Authority authorisation through the implementation of robust systems and controls. Underpinning this are the FCA high level principles of consumer protection and instilling TCF culture and ethos at all levels throughout the business through internal audit, quality management and an effective compliance monitoring programme.

Also Supplier liaison and management ranging from Doorstep Agents to outsourced mailing solutions. Managed and co-ordinated a team of 20 FTE including 2 team leaders handling high volume portfolios managed closely with the team to ensure efficient service delivery, best collections practice and quality results for multiple Finance and Banking Clients. Previously managed a team of circa 50 FTE including 5 team leaders to ensure successful and optimum recovery on a contingency basis on Capital One Bank’s Primary Debt Portfolio prior to their debt sale strategy.
