The process of creating the template involves organizing the financial documents into sections; creating the files using custom master pages and style sheets; converting artwork, such as graphs and logos; and documenting instructions on the use of the template. In addition to these responsibilities, I also perform routine maintenance on the templates to make sure they are up-to-date. Other responsibilities include:• Create and make complex revisions to financial documents within a fast paced environment with tight deadlines, in collaboration with typesetters, proofreaders, and client representatives • Provide training and advice to typesetters regarding departmental procedures • Constructing voting ballots containing multiple languages, which involved selecting fonts that would work with each individual language and making sure typographic accents were formatted correctly• Experience creating and modifying healthcare and financial documents to be 508 compliant using Adobe InDesign and Acrobat• Troubleshoot and fix software related problems Show less
