  Throughout my project management career, I have delivered a vast portfolio of projects for a number of different public bodies and organisations across agricultural, highways, transport, C&YP, energy which all needed the development of new strategic direction, business process, staff training, digital upgrades, data migrations and customer benefit realisation. My projects have mainly been delivered using PRINCE2 Waterfall methodology but have started to include a hybrid Agile sprint/Waterfall approach to empower the core team to manage workloads whilst continuing to assure management of delivery. These projects comprise all project management requirements like task planning, progress reporting, external and internal stakeholder relationships, data quality management, communications, team resourcing, procurement, staffing, change control, and risks and issues management.I’ve delivered major political change and transformation initiatives linked with exiting the EU which have meant dealing with range of stakeholders involved with the change. I have strong multitasking and communication abilities, along with a history working closely with the SRO’s and Directors to achieve successfully outcomes for Ministers and elected Councillors. I have led my projects through the HMT business case process to ensure value for taxpayers funding, this governance and approval processes has always been achieved by my projects guaranteeing adequate resourced budgets and millions of pounds of delivery investment. As PM I was responsible for robust data records and information sharing so GDPR, data retention and FOI’s were accomplished. I have delivered budgetary savings, business service improvements and managed multi-million-pound project budgets while still providing the core business and statutory functions with no impact to the organisations output.
