I just retired in January 2015. During my employment is spent 36 years performing work at Chevron and Phillips 66. I am enjoying my retirement so far. I wish all the best.

My job function was to inspect residential property for a home seller, buyer or real estate professional. I would provide my client with a 2-3 hour onsite inspection and then provide my client with a 35 computer generated inspection report with photos. I would supply the written report within 24 hours of the inspection. I obtained three certifications through the following organizations.1. American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT)2. California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA)3. Modular home certified through ITA.

First Line Supervisor : Day to day supervision of 10 - 150 mechanics and maintenance crews. Construction Representative: Monitored safety, cost schedules, contract language, manpower and coordinated field decision-making on several construction projects. Corporate Expediter: Procurement expediter of machinery parts, strong organizational and negotiation skills used to monitor mechanical work outsourced to contract shops. Machinery Analyst: Inspected all types of mechanical equipment for safety and reliability, repair recommendations and cost analysis. Maintained history logs for bad acting equipment. Required decision making ability to prevent destructive accidents due to equipment failure. Journeyman Machinist: Worked as a hands-on machinist in the machine shop and refinery process units and repaired pumps, electric motors, steam turbines, valves and many other types of mechanical equipment related to the oil refinery industry.
