Horizon 3 Project Produced High Level and Low Level design documents detailing the process for migrating 3.3M B2B Fuel card customers from Shell Platform systems into a new target suite based on Fleetcor’s GlobalFleetNet (GFN) covering the Singapore and Malaysia franchises.

Engaged in planning and producing robust business information systems to enable the South East Regional Development Agency monitor and manage its corporate business performance within a robust and efficient reporting framework. Maintained Over 600,000 active business contacts on a Pivotal CRM system. Designed and Produced Regular monthly and quarterly statutory reports for Government Regulators using information held on various sources across the South East of England.

Developed key aspects of a data synchronization process used for cleansing Customer site, Territory and Account Management information held on the SalesForce.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This sync process provided the governance functionality required for validating over 18 million Prospect, Contact, and Opportunity records held the CRM system against various sources of truth. Produced detailed Functional Requirement Designs (FRD) and Technical Overview documentation for the sync process.

Developed Oracle SQL queries used in extracting, transforming and loading HR data (over 25 million records) from various Legacy Systems into Staging Layer objects within an Oracle HRMS database for the MOD. Carried out Performance tuning and Volume testing of the HRMS system during the data loading process involving 30 million records. Utilized Oracle 9i SQL queries, PLSQL procedures, shell scripts and DOS batch files to produce Data Validation Reports that highlighted data issues during the migration process.

Integrated Oracle 9i/8i objects with front-end Java systems using ref cursors. Analysed and dynamically configured the Geneva Billing System Catalogues to modify tariffs and discounts. Migrated over 30000 customers by applying a fully integrated multi-tiered, supplier integration process, to Provision customers from Carrier Pre-Select to Whole Sale Line Rental Products. This process included the downloading and uploading of BT Provisions data from Oracle tables into xml files.

Mapped and transferred over 2 million Cable & Wireless customers from Cablemaster and SMS billing systems in a warehouse database using Oracle, Perl and UNIX shell scripts. Designed and Developed an ETL (Extraction, transformation, mapping and load) system using the latest Oracle 9i features and processes. Produced Data Mapping details/High Level Design documentation and also build scripts for the migration of Cablemaster data into the Generic Customer Model (Data warehouse).

Successfully developed a Revenue Reporting Data warehouse, based on the star schema design (Dimensional Modelling) comprising EMEA billing revenue from WorldCom and UUNet. Implemented the Euro conversion program on the Revenue Warehouse - accounting for over $8billion of revenue from 16 billing systems. Developed ETL (Extraction, transformation and load) processes for monthly loads into the revenue warehouse.
