The effective deployment of capital is critical to asset intensive organisations, but many struggle to manage its’ complexities which is where Aurecon can help. Our aspiration is to form long term, enduring partnerships with asset intensive clients to help them make the right investment decisions that let them realise the full potential of their existing asset base. Through our integrated advisory and engineering model, we already have the capabilities to delivery this service and differentiate ourselves from the competition. Project Director Health Facilities Upgrade Project (CAPEX Value: $220m) - I led the team that is managing the delivery of a client's network of primary healthcare facilities nationally. Project involved extensive work on developing the client's model of healthcare. I also led the development of the client Business Case and associated project Gateway 0 and 1 reviews. Project Advisor Logistics Services Project (CAPEX Value: $1bn) - I led the Aurecon team that developed the project Business Cases for a national logistics project. I was a key member of the team that developed the Initial Business Case for the PPP assessment of this project and the eventual decision to deliver it using traditional delivery.Project Director Health Services Procurement (Value: $1.5bn) - I led a team that worked on the procurement of a client's national health services contracts. Aurecon’s role included planning and development of the procurement strategy. I led specialist technical and commercial teams that developed tender packages across five separate service areas. Aurecon worked with the client team to develop the evaluation strategy and criteria and supported the conduct of the evaluation for the high value complex procurement of up to nine providers for packages of services.Program Manager Government Service Level Agreements - I led a team that developed, negotiated and established Service Level Agreements between various Government agencies. The role involved stakeholder management, benefits identification and organisational change management as part of a managed, negotiated outcome..

Already exceeded sales targets by 30%.• Secured a $100m 10 year contract with the Department of Defence as the Project Delivery Services contractor under their new Base Services support contracts• Led the development of Key Client plans aimed at deepening existing client relationships and transitioning new clients to Tier 1 status• Led focused client engagement to build the Opportunity Pipeline to ensure growth projections are realistic and achievable• Implemented a coordinated management approach to the industry, replacing a regional based approach to national client types• Achieved Year on Year sales growth of over 300%• Planning, organisation and delivery of complex outcomes within large organisations

As part of a reorganisation of internal management structures I was appointed as the Development Leader for Aurecon’s Australian Defence business. In this role I was responsible for competency and capability development to meet Defence client requirements. This included market analysis, business case development, teaming and partnering opportunities. As part of this role I was responsible for managing the major proposals and bids. Key Accomplishments:• Led detailed sector analysis aimed at identifying new emerging business opportunities for Aurecon• Achieved a win rate of 40% on major contested Defence infrastructure opportunities• Grew Defence business revenue from $5m p.a. to approx. $10m p.a in two years
