Senior Software Developer and Technical Lead of the Media Team for the EAS Ad Agency Software product.Designed and developed substantial portions of the Enterprise Agency System (EAS), an Ad Agency Management software system, used to support all aspects of Media Buying in an Ad Agency. EAS is installed in 60 agencies, many with over 1000 users in multiple offices. Experienced with Broadcast, Print, Out-of-home and Interactive media, including accessing ad performance data from Nielsen and Arbitron, plus Interactive performance data provided by the Symphony system. Technical work focused on design, development, and implementation of:• static and dynamic reporting engines. Conceived and developed the well-received ‘Online Summary’ dynamic reporting tool.• superclasses and development framework to standardize coding/naming standards;• Web-Time, the web-based time-entry tool.• Oracle PL/SQL procedures used throughout EAS. Oversaw communications with the on/off-shore development team:• Reviewed/approved technical specifications written by the development team.• Reviewed/approved programming code via code reviews and functional reviews.• Handled on-boarding of off-shore development team, by creating training materials and presenting training sessions off-shore, onsite, and remotely. • Winner of Harris Excellence Award (2006) for development of successful proof-of-concept Web-Time prototype application used as the basis of the production system still in use. Also was mainstay of the team that developed the app-server, the HTML templates and Javascript classes used to produce the production system. Techniques included Zope-style templates with tal-tags plus Ajax calls for dynamic content replacement.

• Provided database support to Web Team: data structure design, development of stored procedures, report generation to HTML via Perl.• Java development, using JADE Development Framework.

• Enhanced client-server Consultant Payments System: Omnis7 and Sybase.• Wrote Unix scripts to automate data transfers between Sybase and mainframe AP system.

• Designed and developed in-house customer tracking and re-billing system for a Telephone Service Reseller, including online bank deposit processing. • Designed monthly phone call database, 2.5 million call records per month per carrier.
