Funhouse Leisure is a national supplier of gaming and vending equipment to the leisure sector. Within this role I was responsible for approximately 400 sites across the country, managing and developing a number of high profile accounts including Whitbread Pub Co, Spirit Pub Co, Orchid Pub Co, Greene King Pub Co and Odeon Cinemas which generated £4m pa. I was tasked with maximising profit through allocation of products, ensuring KPIs were met, driving the operational team to meet customer expectations in addition to improving relations between the customer and Funhouse Leisure. I joined Funhouse Leisure as National Account Manager and was promoted to Director of Operations in July 2011.

Leisure Link was one of the largest suppliers of gaming machines to the entertainment sector across the UK. Within this role I was responsible for approximately eighty sites across the south of England, managing and developing many high profile multi-site accounts including Hollywood Bowl, Moto Services and Tenpin. These sites had an annual turnover of approximately £7m. I joined the company as a Business Account Manager and subsequently gained promotion to Regional Account Manager. This role included managing two Key Accounts, Welcome Break and Bowlplex, where I was tasked with maximising profit through allocation of products, ensuring KPIs were met, driving the operational team to meet customer expectations as well as improving the ongoing relationship between the customer and Leisure Link. These accounts had an annual turnover of £14m

City Limits was a multi-branded large entertainment and hospitality complex comprising of 24 lane Bowling Centre, 100 machine amusement arcade incorperating both redemption and amusement machines, 200 seater Old Orleans restaurant, 300 capacity late night sports bar, function suite and 82 bed Premier Inn. I joined the company as an Entertainments Assistant Manager and gained promotion to a number of roles ultimately leading to Deputy Manager.
