My Work at Synergy is a combination of both Tender and Post Tender duties, which include; - Keeping tender register up to date- Monitoring and Issuing Tenders for Discussion - Ensuring that all Tender information is up do date- Engaging in Tender and site meetings - Organizing and setting up Tenders to be priced- Preparing Descriptions of Work- Undertaking Cost Analysis at Tender stage- Take Offs - Both throughout projects and at Tender- Materials and Plant Reconciliations throughout each stage of various projects- Producing a breakdown of Labor, Plant and Material Cost- Issuing Sub Contractor Payment Certificates Whilst working with Synergy, I have contributed to a variety of different projects in both the Public and Private Sector that focus on the Civils aspect of construction. Furthermore the work entails construction of new builds and regeneration/conservation of existing properties - working efficiently, ethically and safely to varied budgets. All in all my role within Synergy helps in offering the client a quality job - something of which we can both be proud of.
