• Responsible for the disposal of all crude oil production of the group worldwide totaling approximately $700 million per annum• Reported to Main Board Director and was a member of the Group Operating Board chaired by the Chief Operating Officer• Provided economic evaluations of future oil prospects• Served on a small team managing the hostile takeover of an American oil company of similar size to LASMO. I was based in New York from Day one of the takeover until their head office function was closed down six months later.

Responsible for the London Team’s crude oil trading, with a turnover in excess of $500 million

I accepted a short term posting to Germany to assist a long-term client company through a critical staff shortage.

Responsible for several of the company’s commercial activities worldwide.

Responsible for the London Office broking of heating oil and diesel.

Chartering tankers and programming the shipments of crude oil worldwide.

Undertook a variety of roles within the supply Department. Each Role had a duration of between 18 months and two years including a posting to Northern France.
