Duties involve: Recruiting, onboarding and training numerous 1st line Managers for multiple leadership ex-pansions regionally and nationally spanning 2012 – 2018, building and management of Eastern team of 17 (11 Oncology Account Managers, 6 Area Sales Managers) and SE Team of 12 (7 Oncology Account Managers, 5 Area Sales Managers), lead collaboration efforts with NCI designated centers/academic institutions/large private practices, billing and product training, budget management (P&L), sales planning & projections, incentive/comp plan development, sales operations, expanding existing customer base, KOL and speaker development, presenting to corporate figureheads & key decision makers, planning and overseeing regional/national meetings & trade shows and development of new & existing product strategy/messaging from concept to launch.

Duties involve: Focus upon physicians, such as Gynecologic, Medical & Surgical Oncologists, Pathologists, O.R. staff, as well as any medical professional involved in the referral, administration, and billing of products. Responsible for sales of the EDR (Extreme Drug Resistance) assay as well as tumor specific multiplex testing panels for treatment selection for any solid tumor.

Duties involve focus upon physicians, such as Radiation & Medical Oncologists, Radiologists, Nuclear Medicine Physicians, and Urologists, as well as any medical professional involved in the referral, administration, and billing of products. Responsible for sales of an antibody-nuclear imaging product used for image guided biopsy, detecting soft tissue metastasis for prostate cancer, and a radio-nuclide therapeutic used for the relief pain from cancers that have metastasized to the bone such as Breast, Lung, Prostate, and Multiple Myeloma.

Duties involve focus upon larger system integrators and cellular wholesale to key accounts such as Intel Corporation, Hewlett Packard and Verizon, as well as City, State & Federal Govern-ment, higher education, hospitals and other corporate accounts. Responsibilities include: Travel to and meeting personally with major clients, conducting monthly reviews, sales meetings, training, direct solicitations (cold calling), prospecting potential accounts, as well as entertaining current customers.
