• Responds and triages calls and referred callers to the appropriate personnel using the global intranet, based on specific name or functional area request
• Files and maintains office records of various types, such as complaints, human resources forms, travel orders, vouchers, and military independent requests, and properly disposes sensitive and outdated office.
• Creates TDY cost and reimbursement budget worksheets in Excel for the Chief of EEO and other senior-level management to better evaluate office expenditures for fiscal year planning
• Assists course facilitators during trainings offered by the EEO/USACE (such as Sexual Harassment/Assault Response Prevention)
• Manages financial funding of travel orders, vouchers, and purchase and training requests to ensure the accuracy of account balances and to report unknown deficits for management

• Provides coaching and logistic assistance to the head coach in order to build a team of 72 players to compete in national tournaments. As a result, the team placed 8th place in 2012 Boys 12 & under Division II AAU.
• Recruits local talent as well as trains players for upcoming tournaments
• Develops performance reports on other teams at tournaments and league games to define areas of improvement

***This job was one weekend in April of 2010 and April of 2011.- Arrive at gym prior to tournament to set up scorers table, brackets, score sheets, basketballs, etc.. - Make sure scorer’s table is properly attended, as well as assuring referee's/medical trainers arrival- Maintain schedules as well as report and update scores to head site at the conclusion.
