Managed scheduling and progress milestones. Construction Manager for the Construction of Pyramid Village Shopping Center in Greensboro, NC. Opened the first Phase in 2006. Project total $18M.Construction Manager for slab on grade block and mortar construction multi-tenant out-parcel buildings at Wakefield Commons in Wake Forest ($1.2M) and Midway Plantation in Knightdale ($1.1M).Responsible for contract and milestone management and reporting.
