Manage the maintenance work order system Preventive maintenance program. I have just implemented a Predictive Preventive Maintenance Program for the Food and Beverage Department. I have 3 managers 3 supervisors and 150 employees. Within the maintenance Department we have the Central Plant with the chillers and HVAC, grounds, hotel PM, hotel room maintenance, food and beverage maintenance and general Maintenance.
