CurrentCurrent IT project lead for various projects:1) VW Board Committee Management Tool (2021 - ongoing):- System integration and rollout of a global committee management tool across various brands of VW AG (Porsche AG, Audi AG, Bentley, Cariad SE) hosted on Microsoft Azure- Migration of SharePoint On-Premise data and architecture to SharePoint Online & MS Azure- Go-Live successfully realized in July ‘23 for >30.000 employees 2) DSGVO Monitoring System Integration (2020 - 2022):- Requirements engineering for a software as a service to monitor DSGVO conformity- Construction of an IT infrastructure to integrate the SaaS into VW IT landscape- Rollout of the system to various brands successfully realized in Q2 ‘223) Public Relations Data System (2020 - ongoing):- Continuous development of an application which holds VW AG journalists' master data- Also serves as a centralized tool to send major press event invitations and accreditations as well as distribute press demo vehicles4) Cloud-based data exchange for supervisory board (2020 - 2022):- Integrating a cloud-based secure data exchange platform for the board of VWAG- Ensuring that the system meets TISAX/TCDP requirements and DSGVO standards- Conceptualising concepts for business operations5) Office 365 migration for VW board of management (2020 - 2021):- Project management diligences regarding the migration of VW board members to Office 365- Drafting rollout and migration plans - Preparing offices and assistants in order to ensure a smooth and seem-less migration
