As an Associate Professor of Innovation in Southampton Business School, I lead modules including ‘Managing Innovation’, ‘Innovation and Technology Transfer’, and ‘Management Research’. Research fellow in the School of Applied Science, managing the U-KNOW project: Unification of Design, Manufacturing Capability, and Service Knowledge in Collaborative Product Development. This project led to a PhD in Managing Service Knowledge, and several high-level publications. I also ensured that all project budgets were realistic and developed a project roadmap, which gained buy-in from all stakeholders and project team. Through the development of a cohesive project team, we delivered the project on-time and on-budget.

Research assistant, working in the School of Applied Sciences on the EPSRC project "Knowledge Representation and Re-use for Predictive Design and Manufacturing Evaluation", working towards a PhD in Knowledge Management for Engineering Design.Here, I developed a fresh approach to knowledge re-use for engineering design. I have also authored and published multiple publications, many of which have been highly cited.
