Founder and principal of a consultancy providing leadership in broadcast, media, technology and organizational change.

Provided strategic leadership of the secretariat for the international broadcasting association representing major broadcasters in Canada, Mexico and the United States. NABA is one of eight international broadcast unions recognized by the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) as official representatives for broadcasters in their regions. Developed strategy and acted as spokesman for NABA in international industry technology, policy and regulatory forums. Worked with staff to manage all activities of the association including budget, membership, Board and committee activities. Led the World Broadcasting Unions (WBU) which coordinated the activities of all eight broadcasting unions.

One of the first 50 employees, directly responsible for building, staffing and managing the entire distribution infrastructure including broadcast centers, satellites, customer set top boxes and signal security (all system engineering and broadcast operations) for a pioneering direct broadcast satellite (DBS) business. Grew business from a 40 employee start-up to more than two thousand employees, 12 million customers and >$9 billion annual revenue. Garnered multiple Emmy Awards for technical achievements.

Responsible for all broadcasting and production operations in New York, including NBC Studios at Rockefeller Center and Brooklyn. Also responsible for NBC network master control, satellite distribution (Skypath), newsgathering (Skycom) and NBC Sports owned mobile production trucks and remote field operations.

Responsible for all engineering and distribution operations for national public television service. Managed technical and distribution infrastructure planning, implementation and operation. Implemented closed captioning of TV programs, network television's first satellite distribution system, and real-time stereo television through simulcasts with National Public Radio.
