Responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of construction representatives that oversee contractor activities, ensure all contractor work is being carried out in compliance with the project specifications, applicable codes and standards. Deeply involved in planning, scheduling and execution of the construction activities as well as cost control and material management. Responsible for multiple production facility projects to ensure that the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget while driving strategy and innovation as well as providing the foundations for a motivating and challenging work environment. I assist with and recommend improvements in production facility design to improve safety, reduce costs, expedite production, improve operations, and/or improve environmental stewardship

Responsible for the Facility operations and operators. Responsible for supervision, coordination and safety awareness of multiple offshore contractors, involved in planning, scheduling and execution of the operation activities on the facilityResponsible for the maintenance (Mechanical) of the facilities equipment. Maintain compliance with all aspects of the Vessel, HSE requirements, including CoW and maintenance / technical integrity management tools. Maintain HSE compliance at all stages of the work scope. Lead day to day planning and execution of all Mechanical and Operation activities. Assist in the development mentoring and competency of personnel. Participated in task base risk assessments and provide technical input (Mechanical) where necessary. Respond to equipment Breakdowns and ensure work is executed in line with ISSOW / SIRP standards. Assist in implementation of the Offshore Technical Integrity strategy. Knowledge of Maintenance management principals and planning process.
