I gained valuable leadership experience during my time at WTI, starting with a team of 5 Career Services Specialists, and expanding to a team of 8-10 Admissions Advisors a few years later. By 2015 I served in a Campus Co-Director role, which expanded the scope further to encompass faculty, registrar, financial aid, and related administrative functions (around 40 direct reports in total). My proudest accomplishment at WTI was the creation and development of a formal Research and Development Committee, which was comprised of leadership as well as staff members from all administrative functions. We met regularly to discuss hot topics in the workplace and strategies to make WTI the best place for employees to work, and the best environment for students to learn in.

Starting off as a commercial recruiter, I recruited light technical and manufacturing skilled trades, such as; Machine Operators, Welders, Forklift Drivers, CNC Programmers, Warehouse/Logistics, and more. I made the transition to our aviation division in late 2010, and was an on premise manager for Bombardier Learjet.
