 Provide IT leadership to IT professionals in a geographically separated culturally diverse IT organization, significantly improving IT skill sets and service. Effectively supporting over 400 users in 3 locations. Manage both infrastructure and application development groups, maintaining and meeting all deadlines and service level agreements. Maintained a 4.3 out of 5 satisfaction score on user surveys. Headed up technology and software steering committees composed of department stake holders. This team worked to set priorities for both software and infrastructure projects. Then, deployed these new technologies to three facilities, while assisting 3 facilities in implementing these changes.  Coordinate and report on Aircraft Wheel and Brake Budget submission and spending forecast for a $10,000,000 budget. Manage spending in Carbon Operations (three locations in different states) exceeding budget challenge of $425,000. Responsible for implementing Aircraft Wheel and Brake SOX compliance. Submission of quarterly reports to management and maintaining compliance documentation. Maintained zero findings during my tenure.  Manage Wheel and Brake Carbon Business Intelligence / Data warehouse, providing needed tools for data analysis and decision making.  IT lead in a two million dollar ERP/MES multisite implementation. Leveraged lean tools to deliver the solution using least waste ways. Travelled and trained other location on implementation and usage of the new system – almost flawless implementation of new system. Managed vendor deliverables completing the project in the 18 month time line and on budget.  Effectively introduced and integrate new technologies: SQL Web Based business reporting, Web Based Help desk, and Web Based document library, while increasing overall productivity by over 30%. Participate in Goodrich Corporation’s Enterprise IT strategic policy deployment for all 90+ Enterprise facilities.

Manager Information Technology for a regional grocery chain which had annual sales of $38,000,000, 300 employees, and 6 locations. implemented leading edge enterprise systems centered on ERP. Integrated sales, expense, time and attendance systems from six locations, resulting in the elimination of 2 positions. Designed business analysis systems delivering timely impactful reports to management.Leveraged data gathering systems including utilizing the latest in integrated security technologies.Provided strategic planning and direction for all Akins locations.
