Subcontract structural detailing to Apline Design & Engineering & Defrense Henry on Rutland ISO 9000 Multi-modal transportation project.

Design and contract documents for IBM manufacturing inline production tool placements. Coordinated with IBM engineers on scheduling, demolition & installation of new manufacturing equipment. Provided cross platform training for 30 CDI engineers over to Autocad. Production team member on the Mt. Mansfield High School Renovations and Additions.

Produced construction documents on adaptive reuse for Honda dealership, nursing home additions, and five new private custom residential homes.

Designed, prepared custom residential resort construction documents for Vermont builders.

Managed material orders, monitored subcontractor work, solved construction conflicts on 7,000 sq. ft. custom private residence as designed by Lineworks Architects. Produced construction documents for private estate gate house. Surveyed & staked out new 1,400 ft. private road, identified, & monitored selective clearing and provided road construction observation with principal.
