In this role, I fully developed sales pipelines, built IT and networking infrastructures, optimized business operations, and worked as a developer and scrum master for two software development projects. These duties were all in addition to the duties I was fulfilling in my Brand Ambassador role with the same company:• Led a team of property managers toward streamlined operations & increased sales to over 1M annual gross. To do this involved migrating and rebuilding the CRM to be more functional for our management team, continuously developing a billing and space management platform tailored to our clients and staff with a team using agile methodologies alongside contracted developers in Bulgaria and consistent teaching and coaching of our sales staff on how to demonstrate our product capabilities best.• Optimized AP/AR using custom accounting automation within Quickbooks and our operations platforms (using APIs and custom workflows), created procurement and approval workflows with multiple vendors, and contracted an external accounting team to reduce the manual internal workload of accounting tasks by 90% (from 15 hours to 1.5 hours per week).• Created a complete operations plan for the company for the next three years, including, but not limited to: Product development, physical construction design, IT optimization, staff restructuring, reanalysis of value proposition design, and prospectus generation.• Began the development of an external support desk system for clientele to reduce overhead needs for staffing while giving clients quicker access to resources that would resolve issues ranging in complexity. The support desk was built using a combination of technologies, including Drift, Dialogflow, and WordPress, integrating with Atlassian Support Desk, Twilio API, Slack, and scheduling software (backend).Technologies/Platforms Used: Monday.com, OfficeRnD, essensys Operate, Integromat, MDM Management, Quickbooks Advanced, Peplink, Ubiquiti Unifi, Papercut.

This role required a significant focus on front-end software development, as well as providing extensive marketing and brand collateral to improve our design language within our functional coworking workspaces. In performing my duties, I:• Co-Designed the web and mobile application user interface of our membership management platform, which allowed clientele to manage the billing of their membership, conference room bookings, desk reservations, property maintenance ticket management, video conferencing, and basic social networking capabilities—developed application with team using React and MUI.• Redesigned and redeveloped the Brickyard website from the ground up. This involved new additional features, including improved product purchase flow, CRM integrations that include user-specific interactive recording and heat-mapping capabilities, and 3D tours of all three locations.• Created and continued to redevelop a library of custom APIs to connect 20+ business services for effective member management.• Developed internal documentation and ticket reporting systems using the Atlassian Suite (Confluence & Jira Support Desk) to help keep property managers informed on brand standards and operational procedures.• Created a collection of marketing collateral that complimented and enhanced our brand outreach by adhering and adding to existing brand guidelines. Collateral includes flyers, proposals, presentation templates, business cards, digital advertisements, social media posts, video promos, merchandise, digital signage, and a trade show booth.• Launched and maintained two social media campaigns to drive interest in our high-revenue low-overhead membership tiers. This involved creating the collateral and deploying and monitoring the conversion metrics of campaigns using Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. Both campaigns (compared to organic sales) brought in 10-15% increases in profit margins in the membership tiers required.

• Initiated a company-wide migration from an on-premise Windows Server to a cloud file and software architecture. Researched and implemented MDM systems for our fleet of PC & Apple devices on our network.• Managed a series of IT infrastructure projects, which included large-scale low-voltage cable installations (fiber optic, COAX and CAT-6), cloud security camera implementations (Verkada & Kastle Systems) and enterprise network instances (Datto, Peplink, Watchguard, Aruba) for both internal and tenant use.

• Collaborated with the company board of directors and presidents to create a comprehensive five-year strategic plan and presentation that the vice president and I delivered at a series of board meetings.• Created a complete cybersecurity curriculum with the help of cybersecurity consultants and delivered the presentation to my company as a two-day seminar.• Served as a subject matter expert in a four-member team that developed a comprehensive online portal using a PaaS provider for tenants to manage the leasing, maintenance, asset booking, and billing concerns.

Served as the lead web developer, marketer, and IT support for Sweet Signatures, a small customize-your-own-chocolate shop. In this unique role, I: • Designed professional print materials and digital marketing content. • Re-developed the organization’s entire website and e-commerce solution with over 200 products in six weeks.• Delivered in-store commerce solutions (POS rewards) that attracted local clientele.

During my college career, I immediately began experimenting and building website for about 8 clients, ranging in industry and porduct delivery. Most of this was Pro-Bono to test my skills and see what I can do with my education: • Completely built an online workout membership wesbite on Squarespace, with a MRR of $1.2K• Built a series of local polticial websites for local county candidates on Wordpress, Squarespace, & Webflow • Created two e-commerce websites for local stores selling niche merchandise to their community on both Squaresapce and Shopify.
