After the company decided to segregate the customers based on their size and importance I was selected to become a part of the team taking care of the key account customers. Because of my social and communicational skills I got to work in this team in which customer visits and meetings occur regularly.

Although graduated in business, logistics always had some interest in me. Because of the lack of logistical experience it was in some way a gamble to take but the stake was gaining logistical knowledge next to the business knowledge. Based in Budapest, the team was serving the German speaking healthcare market in handling orders for spare parts of medical devices. Daily operations consisted out of advising customers per phone and mail about the products, placing and handling orders and solving additional problems. This was all done in German.

A side job to bridge the gap between the work at the supermarket and the internship at GE. This type of work was quite new for me as it was intensive physical labour. This however enriched my experience and skills in a different way.

First ever experience starting at the age of 15. A great and pleasant experience at that age which has definitely contributed to understanding of work I have today.
