Current24 years of experience in environmental industry - with environmental program management, developing site conceptual models, applying numerical models to environmental sites, regulatory interaction, corrective measures study, risk assessment, LNAPL and vapor intrusion assessment.• Application of computer technology to aid in the assessment and remediation of sites impacted by petroleum products, solvent releases, or inorganic contaminants. • Field applications of groundwater models, data evaluation and database management, mapping and use of aerial photography, computer visualization, human health and ecological risk assessment, and computer and internet services administration. • Application of visual imagery analyses, CAD and geographic information systems, and modeling of multiphase flow and chemical fate and transport models to field sites for decision making and risk evaluation purposes.• Experience encompasses retail service stations, terminals and bulk storage facilities, refinery complexes, and industrial sites. • Performed work on model and data management applications for many large-scale sites, including several oil refineries, for regulatory and decision support. • Involved with technical analyses for facilities across the country as well as in the Caribbean, Canada, and Australia. • Interacted with U.S. and other international regulators to educate them on LNAPL principles and risk assessment techniques, and to develop site-specific cleanup goals for multiple sites. • Directed technical support for company software users, and assisted with instructing LNAPL and model training courses. • Involved with an ITRC committee for developing Technical Regulatory Guidance specific to Petroleum Vapor Intrusion, Remediation Management of Complex Sites, and LNAPL
