I'm a Phoenix Native and I've worked Full-Time in Real Estate since 2005. I began my Real Estate career in late 2005 coinciding with the beginning of the worst market plunge in Phoenix history. This turned out to be a blessing, as I positioned myself with many investors (from first-timers to seasoned veterans) and ended up carving out a nice little business for myself. Over the years I have adapted to the ever-volatile Phoenix market and forged through the ups-and-downs to create my own hand-picked team of professionals. My company is The TaB Group which I currently own and run with my friend and colleague Tim Troxel (Associate Broker and also a Native Phoenician) and we hang our licenses with Axis Property Advisors. We are a boutique brokerage in the established North Central Corridor just North of Downtown Phoenix. Combined, Tim and myself alone possess over 25 years of full-time experience. We assist in all aspects of a real estate transaction from finding properties, professional consultation, investment strategies, negotiations, off-market and secondary markets, escrow and beyond. Our primary focus is the residential market, however we work in commercial sales and leases in addition to property management, again both on the commercial and residential side. Since 2011 I have been consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents in the valley for both gross sales volume and transactions annually.
