Directed the activities of the State Parks Facilities and Land Managements comprised of twenty four team members responsible for capital program management, major maintenance, land acquisitions, GIS, and trails. - Capital program management including project planning and budget requests resulting in the largest current portfolio of over fifty capital projects totaling $160 million in more than four decades.- Developed the program and business case for rebuilding or renovating four State Parks inns.- Completed over $65 million in capital projects including twelve campgrounds and five park cabin projects resulting in increased occupancy rates and revenue.- Developed Customer Focus Government plan to reduce maintenance backlog. Results included an increase in maintenance funds from $2 million to $5 million, decrease in maintenance backlog by 20%, and contributed to parks revenue growth of over $5 million.- Lead the development of facilities and trails assessment tools.

Directed the activities of the Operations and Infrastructure project controls group comprised of ten team members responsible for managing cost and scheduling of projects for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) on the Oak Ridge Reservation. Areas of responsibility include budget and forecasting, risk analysis and project analysis utilizing Primavera scheduling and Earned Value Management Systems.Manage, control and execute cost and scheduling for approximately $150 million in projects including an $80 million Nuclear Facility Risk Reduction project and two major equipment projects.Recognized by management for providing technical advice and coaching to all members of group resulting in decreased monthly management report errors, greater accuracy of estimates at completion (EACs), product oriented work breakdown structures (WBS) and schedules that more accurately reflect how a project will be accomplished.
