Directed the activities of the State Parks Facilities and Land Managements comprised of twenty four team members responsible for capital program management, major maintenance, land acquisitions, GIS, and trails. - Capital program management including project planning and budget requests resulting in the largest current portfolio of over fifty capital.

Directed the activities of the Operations and Infrastructure project controls group comprised of ten team members responsible for managing cost and scheduling of projects for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) on the Oak Ridge Reservation. Areas of responsibility include budget and forecasting, risk analysis and project analysis utilizing Primavera.
