Approves supply orders of card stock, lanyards, clips, covers, printer ribbons, print heads, cleaning materials. • Directs and plans version upgrades, software installations, escalate and tracking of issues/questions to tech support, application of system patches, remote access options, services review, device downloads, configuration and modification of panel settings, door devices, video devices, time zones, access levels.
