Key Responsibilities:- Works with analysts and business to deliver solutions in the NexJ CRM application.- Utilises current Agile methodologies to design, build and deploy solutions.- Investigates and develops innovative solutions that focus on improving customer satisfaction, thereby overcoming limitations of the product. This has at times involved working with many parties (infrastructure, database, external systems, etc) to achieve this outcome.- Contributes greatly to initial planning / brainstorming of quality-of-life initiatives. - Works with our international customer base to resolve any issues they have, going above and beyond to ensure their problems are addressed quickly.Key Achievements:- Contributed to initiatives that consistently delivered on time and within budget.- Identified and solved many pain points. This resulted in increased adoption and effectiveness of the platform.- Overcame a challenging engineering environment (use of obscure technology) to become a key performer in the team.

Key Responsibilities:- Worked with international customer base, multiple different source systems and Business SMEs to understand the data required for the set up of the new Customer Relationship Management system in the Test and Learn phase. This was especially challenging as source systems were often silos that had obscure linkages that were only revealed after extensive investigation and consultation.- Implemented and deployed the solution. Key Achievements:- Design was largely adopted for the full Data Migration, with many findings from this phase adopted by the application project team.

Key Responsibilities:- Application Developer/Designer for the iKnow platform, a Siebel CRM application used in all Australian ANZ branches. - Worked directly with the customer base to flesh out requirements. - Built solutions that were highly regarded for their stability and performance. Of note was the Mortgage Lending Application process, which required close cooperation with an external vendor, and the Digital A-Z Review, which introduced a new paradigm on how bankers were able to use the application.- Application Designer for offshore team, which required close mentoring of colleagues that were often new to the platform. This required end-to-end responsibility of quality of the design to quality of the implementation.- Managed large scale data migration for KYC project; implemented a framework to migrate a large number of records (20+ million) in a constrained amount of time. Due to tight timeframes allowed for the migration, was required to create an batch framework that worked outside the built-in Siebel ETL framework.Key Achievements:- Contributed to initiatives that consistently delivered on time and with minimal production impacts, and that were used by thousands of staff across the country. Memorably, I applied for a Mortgage with a branch employee that used the program I had created.- Data Migration execution on time and with zero production impacts. Received feedback that the result was ‘impressive’ from Oracle representatives.
