This was especially challenging as source systems were often silos that had obscure linkages that were only revealed after extensive investigation and consultation.- Implemented and deployed the solution. Key Achievements:- Design was largely adopted for the full Data Migration, with many findings from this phase adopted by the application project team. -
Crm Siebel Application DesignerAnz Jul 2007 - Jun 2014Melbourne, AustraliaKey Responsibilities:- Application Developer/Designer for the iKnow platform, a Siebel CRM application used in all Australian ANZ branches. - Worked directly with the customer base to flesh out requirements. - Built solutions that were highly regarded for their stability and performance. Of note was the Mortgage Lending Application process, which required close cooperation with an external vendor, and the Digital A-Z Review, which introduced a new paradigm on how bankers were able to use the application.- Application Designer for offshore team, which required close mentoring of colleagues that were often new to the platform. This required end-to-end responsibility of quality of the design to quality of the implementation.- Managed large scale data migration for KYC project; implemented a framework to migrate a large number of records (20+ million) in a constrained amount of time. Due to tight timeframes allowed for the migration, was required to create an batch framework that worked outside the built-in Siebel ETL framework.Key Achievements:- Contributed to initiatives that consistently delivered on time and with minimal production impacts, and that were used by thousands of staff across the country. Memorably, I applied for a Mortgage with a branch employee that used the program I had created.- Data Migration execution on time and with zero production impacts. Received feedback that the result was ‘impressive’ from Oracle representatives.
