Negotiated and drafted OEM service agreements for power generation equipment. Maintained primary responsibility for advising senior management of risk profiles related to Master Agreements, Operating Plant Service Agreements, Alliance Agreements, Moderization and Upgrade Agreements, as well as Standard Business Contracts for all service offerings related to gas turbines, steam turbines, or generators. Worked with internal business partners to construct and draft business policy concessions, non-disclosure agreements, settlement agreements, and internal partnering agreements.

My practice at this firm included all areas of complex civil litigation, but focused primarily on corporate control disputes, business-to-business contract actions, accounting actions, and intellectual property disputes. Representation in these matters was provided at both the trial court and appellate court levels. I have prepared Writs of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court and have represented clients throughout the state of Florida at both the state and federal levels, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
