Create events for UK children with disabilities- Flying /Sailing/Camping/Go-Karting Days; Grants to those with disabilities to assist in achieving their goals; creation of Bader's Big Band and Bader's Bus Company flying display team formed with those with disabilities; supporters of TEAM BRIT ( disabled) Motor Racing Team and TEAM PHOENIX first 2 man aerobatic Team born out of our Display Team.
