Every person you come into contact with must leave better from the experience. As a result, I have had the distinct privilege of working with some of the brightest people in the world within my own company and also within our various customers. My best relationships and experiences in business have been found in situations where the resistance to change was overcome with undeniable and transformative results.I have come to find that the word "no" is easy, comfortable and often used in business.
