From May 1993 to October 1993, served as Assistant to the DSRSG, Office of the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia (UNTAC), where I helped coordinate the draw-down of UN peacekeeping mission following UN-supervised elections (May 1993).From April 1992 to May 1993, served as Assistant to the Director, Civil Administration, UNTAC Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where I helped monitor the four Cambodian factions in the run-up to UN-supervised elections, and was responsible for all logistics-related matters pertaining to Civil Administration component.
