CurrentMy practice concentrates in the three areas which affect most individual and family-owned businesses: estate planning and probate, real estate transactions and business law. I have prepared estate plans involving a wide variety of sophisticated techniques and am well versed in federal estate tax law and the Wisconsin marital property law. I have also represented fiduciaries in administering estates and trusts. I represent clients in many different real estate matters including purchases, sales, land divisions, developments and rezonings. I represent clients in forming business entities and in dealing with the many issues faced by clients in conducting a business. I have been lead counsel for many clients in acquisitions and sales of large businesses.
