I started my career as a trainee fleet quality controller in 2008 with Dawsongroup progressing into national fleet quality controller. My roles included, auditing the 23 branches across the country twice a year, managing repairs to owned assets and liaising with repair agents, insurance company’s and customer base. In 2016 I took the position of Branch manager in Milton Keynes, managing a team of 9, responsible for all operational requirements and the day to day running of the branch. With over 800 assets on hire and a growing customer base it was a real challenge and one I enjoyed. Currently Branch Sales Manager responsible for over £15m revenue per annum and increasing the DawsonGroup market share within Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.Proud founder of Deanshanger man club - a mental health group to support local men.Coach of under 11s girls football team
